Our AI models are designed with built-in safety measures and automatically refuse to generate inappropriate, adult, or NSFW (Not Safe For Work) content. The underlying AI technology includes content filters that prevent the creation of explicit, harmful, or inappropriate material. Users cannot bypass these safety measures, and any attempts to generate such content will be automatically rejected by the system.

This ensures our platform remains safe and appropriate for all users, including businesses and professional environments.

12. User Uploads (Images & Videos)

Processing Purposes

  • Generate preview images and videos per your instructions; enable review and downloads
  • Perform required content safety and compliance checks
  • Evaluate quality and improve system performance without identifying individuals

Storage & Security

  • Uploads and generated assets are stored in controlled object storage with encryption in transit and at rest
  • Access is limited to authorized personnel under least-privilege

Retention & Deletion

  • We retain uploads and outputs only as long as needed to provide the Service; you can delete content in the product
  • Deletion removes content from live systems; limited-duration backups may persist for security and compliance
  • We do not use your uploads to train third‑party foundation models; any future use would require your explicit consent
